Juvenal Mutisse – “LAM is my second family”

Dreaming, believing and seeing the dream come true is one of life’s greatest satisfactions. And Juvenal Mutisse went through these stages.

In 1985, shortly after completing the ninth year of schooling at Francisco Manyanga Secondary School, he joined Mozambican Airlines and was assigned to the Finance Directorate, in the Exploration Revenue Control Department. There, Juvenal took his first professional steps.

Currently with a 36-year career at LAM, Juvenal is delighted to be part of the company, as it was a student’s dream that came true.

“It makes me proud to work for an airline. LAM is my second family, I am proud to be part of this journey,” he confesses.

Throughout his career, Mutisse was assigned to perform various functions, but reveals “my biggest achievement at LAM was being able to see the world more closely.”
